Overview
A new Executive Condominium for Bukit Panjang
Solano Grand is CDL's upcoming 99-year leasehold Executive Condominium on the Senja Close site in Bukit Panjang, District 23. The site sits just off the Kranji Expressway within an established Senja neighbourhood, a short walk from Jelapang LRT station on the Bukit Panjang LRT line.
The land parcel was released under the Government Land Sales programme and awarded in August 2025. It is the first new Executive Condominium site in Bukit Panjang in more than a decade, and is expected to draw interest from HDB upgraders in Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang.
Under the tender conditions, the development will include a childcare centre of at least 500 sqm. Detailed plans, unit mix, floor plans and the launch date have not yet been released.
Executive Condominiums are subject to HDB eligibility conditions, including citizenship, family nucleus and household income ceiling requirements. Please check your eligibility with a licensed salesperson before registering for a viewing.
