Privacy Policy

Applies to the Solano Grand marketing page (index.html) and its enquiry form. Last updated 10 September 2026.

Preview build with fictional operator details. This page is a demonstration. The operator named below ("Alex Tan — Demo Agent", "Example Property Agency — fictional") does not exist, the contact details shown are placeholders, and the enquiry form does not transmit data to anyone. Before the page is published for real visitors, the operator details, contact channels and lead-delivery description in this policy must be replaced with the actual salesperson's and agency's details.

1. Who operates this page

This marketing page is operated by Alex Tan — Demo Agent of Example Property Agency — fictional (CEA registration/licence: DEMO — not valid), referred to as "we" or "the operator". It is an independent marketing page and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by City Developments Limited, CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. or any developer entity. For privacy matters, write to privacy@example.invalid — demonstration only.

2. Personal data we collect

When you submit the "Register interest" form we collect only the information you enter:

your full name;
your Singapore mobile number (eight digits, +65);
your email address;
your preferred unit type and the request(s) you tick (showflat appointment; indicative price list and floor plans).

The form also records the page address and the time of submission so that we can identify which project you enquired about. We do not ask for your NRIC number, financial information or any other sensitive data, and you should not include such information in the form.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide to respond to your enquiry about Solano Grand: to send you the e-brochure, unit mix, floor plans and price guide when released, to arrange a showflat appointment if you requested one, to check your Executive Condominium eligibility with you, and to follow up on your interest by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We rely on the consent you give when you tick the form's consent statement and submit it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Lead delivery and who receives your data

On this preview build, lead delivery is inactive. Submitting the form validates your entries in your browser and displays a confirmation that no enquiry was sent; nothing is transmitted or stored by us. When the page is configured for live use, the form will deliver your enquiry to the named salesperson through one or both of: (a) a WhatsApp message pre-filled in your own WhatsApp application, which is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy; and (b) a lead-capture endpoint operated by or for the salesperson. The live version of this policy will name the actual recipient and any third-party service used.

5. Embedded services and cookies

The Location section embeds an interactive map provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set cookies in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can view the location without the embedded map by using the "Open in Google Maps" link instead. The page also loads a site-safety script from the operator's hosting account. The page does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools unless they are listed here; this preview build has none configured. Your browser may store a single preference (your motion setting) locally on your device; this is not shared with us.

6. Retention

On the live version, enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to real estate salespersons in Singapore, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Because this preview does not transmit data, nothing is retained by us.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to further contact at any time by writing to the privacy contact above (or replying "STOP" to a WhatsApp or SMS message on the live version). We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer follow up on your enquiry.

8. Do Not Call Registry

By submitting the form and ticking the consent statement, you give clear and unambiguous consent to receive telephone calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages about Solano Grand at the number provided, even if that number is registered with the Do Not Call Registry. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described above.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the page after a change means you accept the revised policy.
