Information on this page is compiled from published Government Land Sales tender materials, the developer's public corporate information and news reports current at the time of writing. The project has not launched: the unit count is a tender-stage estimate, and the unit mix, floor plans, pricing, facilities, expected completion date and launch date have not been released by the developer. All such details are subject to change without notice and to the developer's final approved plans. Distances and travel times are approximate. Nothing on this page forms part of any offer or contract for sale, and no representation or warranty is given as to accuracy or completeness.

4. Executive Condominium eligibility

Executive Condominiums are subject to eligibility conditions set by the Housing & Development Board, including citizenship, family nucleus, household income ceiling and ownership conditions, and to resale and minimum occupation rules. Nothing on this page confirms your eligibility. Please verify your eligibility with HDB or a licensed salesperson before committing to a purchase.
